Essay Writing Competition

The most happening occasion was the "Essay Writing Competition" on 5th March 2007, followed by several enactments. The first performance was based on a poem by John Keats,"La Balle Dam Sans Merci" recited by Mariya Anum (B.A.Hons II) and enacted by her team. The second performance was on the few scenes of "Pygmalion", by George Bernard Shaw. The lead roles of the play were enacted by Rabia Rizvi(B.A Hons II) as Eliza Doolittle, Aneera Khalid(B.A Hons II) as Henry Higgins and Sundus Yousaf(B.A Hons II) as Colonel Pickering. The third performance was a tribute to Sidney Sheldon, one of the famous novelists.
