HEC Digital Library is a program to provide researchers within public and private universities in Pakistan and non-profit research and development organizations with access to international scholarly literature based on electronic (online) delivery, providing access to high quality, peer-reviewed journals, databases and articles across a wide range of discipline.

University Library

The main library of the University (Sciences , Computer Science and Arts) stocks many valuable books. Besides books, there are numerous up to date magazines and publications as well as national newspapers which are received regularly. Besides the main library there are seminar libraries in all the post-graduate departments.

In order to borrow book students are issued a library card. They can borrow these books for 14 days. Books to different classes are issued turn wise on different days of the week. However reference books, magazines and newspapers cannot be issued or taken out of the library.

The student will be fined if they keep books for more than the fixed days. Roll Number for final exam will be issued only if the students bring clearance slip from the librarian.

Book Bank

An important element of this component is access to electronic information. This facility includes electronic access to information, computerized cataloging. new and most recent books, national and international journals. It also contains scientific as well as social research literature in electronic form where possible. The book bank also lends text and course books to needy students.
