Admission to F.A./F.Sc. Part-I 2007

1. Prospectus along with forms are available from the University Office for admission to F.A./F.Sc. (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering), General Science, ICS and I.Com from 2nd August, 2007.
2. 96% admission will be on merit, 2% seats are reserved for Disabled Students, and 2% on sports basis (Arts only) according to the admission policy of Government of the Punjab.
3. Last date of submission of forms is 11th August, 2007 till 5:00 pm
4. No Form will be entertained after the due date.
5. Students must apply for all categories separately on the forms specified as:
   
   
   1. Blue Forms      Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, General Science, I.C.S., I.Com.
   2. White Forms    Arts
   3. Yellow Forms   Disabled Students, Sports, Self-Finance and O-level seats.
   4. Pink Forms      Self-Supporting (2nd Shift), Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering
      
      
6. Forms of different categories are not interchangeable. Therefore, to avoid disappointment please submit forms separately in each group because each group has separate merit.
7. 2% seats are reserved for Arts students only on Sports basis.  Only Board/District level players are eligible to apply.
8. There are 100 additional seats on Self-Finance basis.  The students selected on inter-se-merit on these seats will pay fees as mentioned in the Prospectus.
9. 10% additional seats are reserved for O-Level students.  They will submit the form along with Matric students on the basis of their internal grade, the admission will be processed after declaration of result subject to provision of Result Statement & Equivalence Certificate
10. The students must attach two attested photocopies of Matric Result Card, one copy each of Character/Provisional Certificates, Identity Card of Father/Guardian and Monthly Income Certificate of Father, N.O.C for the students of other Board except Lahore Board.
11. Program of Interview:      (8:00 am to 1:00 pm)
    
    
    1. For Disabled & Hafiza Candidates 22nd August, 2007        
    2. For Sports Checking of Sports Certificates & Interviews 23rd & 24th August, 2007

Candidates are directed to appear for interview alongwith all the original documents.

1. The talented students from low-income groups may apply separately for Financial Assistance and should submit their hand-written applications to Mr. Anwar Ali Malik.
2. Lahore College for Women University offers Scholarship to B.I.S.E. Position Holders.
3. List of Students selected on merit will be displayed on 18th August, 2007
4. Please study the Prospectus carefully before filling out the forms and attach attested copies of all the relevant documents.
