Tayyaba Khalil and Ifrah Saeed receive Cash Prize of 5 Lac Rs. announced by Prime Minister of Pakistan

The first lady Ms. Fouzia Gilani awarded Tayyaba Khalil and Ifrah Saeed with the cash prize of 5 lac Rs each for their outstanding academic achievement.  The ceremony took place at State Guest House Lahore for honoring the students of Lahore College for Women University on 13th Febraury, 2009. The Cash prize was earlier announced by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani at the 6th convocation held on 24th January 2009.

Ms. Ifrah Saeed got first position in Board of Intermediate & Secondary education, Lahore in 2007 examination by securing 1019 marks. Ms. Tayyaba Khalil also secured first position in all the disciplines of the university by securing 4.0 GPA in MS-CS for the session 2005-2007
