Vice Chancellor's Message
On the turn of the century, and after crossing the threshold into the new millennium, it is but imperative that we undertake this journey, well equipped with relevant knowledge in Science and Humanities. This calls for a redesigning and reshaping of the curricula implemented with informed methodologies for interactive and effective teaching and learning to meet the challenges of the new world and its emerging needs. Sustained initiatives for a culture of research are vital as well. Meaningful research for the service of community is the need of the hour.
Rapid changes in science and technologies have an effective impact on the socio-economic and cultural aspects of society. With a broad spectrum our Institution, its curricular and co-curricular activities and programs focus on analytical and intellectual empowerment and aim to foster an overall personality development of women.
At this stage when Pakistan is at the crossroads of history, we need to give a message to the international community that Pakistan is a progressive society, open and broad minded, while at the same time guarding its moral and unique identity.
Vice Chancellor
