21st November 2023 (Tuesday) :Geography Department at Lahore College for Women University celebrated the GIS day 2023 The theme for our GIS this year is, “ChronoTrek: Journey of Women Globetrotters”. For the purpose, Department arranged talks today about the journey of our own faculty to highlight their contribution towards GIS and joined hands with the rest of the world to create awareness about the power of Geography. The Geography Department represented the female globetrotter and explorers from Pakistan on the International ESRI platform. The event was chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Shagufta Naz.
