It's a great honor for Lahore College for Women University, sports department that Judo Team secured 3rd position in All Pakistan 11th Interuniversity Championship 2024 out of 16 participating universities of Pakistan under Leadership of Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shagufta Naz who always support athletes to show their hidden potential to achieve highest positions in HEC sports. Currently overall competing 2nd position in women's side in HEC ranking out of 350 afflicted universities with HEC

Prof. Dr Shagufta Naz, Vice Chancellor inaugurated the Sports Festival and Inter-university Championship. Ms Mushtaq Ahmad Mangat, Samiya Rahil Qazi and Dr Afzal, Dean Arts and Social Sciences attended the closing ceremony and distributed the cash award, medals and trophies among position holder players. More than 11 departments of LCWU and all hostels participated in cultural activities and won prizes.
