Department of Gender and Development Studies and Sports Department LCWU in collaboration with Pink Ribbon Pakistan organized an event to meetup between International Polo Athletes and National Athletes of LCWU on Friday at Hockey Ground LCWU. The key highlight of the event was the flag exchange ceremony. National athletes of LCWU, filled with pride and camaraderie, presented national flags to the International Polo Athletes hailing from various countries. This symbolic gesture sent a resounding message, emphasizing the unifying power of sports in transcending borders and promoting a shared vision of equality. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Shagufta Naz graced the event with her presence along with Dr Uzma Ashiq khan incharge Department of Gender and Development Studies, Mr Omer Aftab CEO Pink Ribbon Pakistan and Dr Sumaira Sattar Director Sports LCWU.
