4. Hard copy of the following documents should be submitted to the K-BIC office:

•Your application form 

•Paid bank challan (K-BIC copy)

•Copy of applicant's CNIC

•Copy of team members' CNIC

•Proof of affiliation with LCWU (registration card/employee card/in case of Alumni, copy of degree)
