Terms & Conditions
• General conditions for admission against these reserved seats are the same as laid down for the candidates applying fur admission on merit.
• The candidates from Northern Areas/ Other Prosinees shall submit their admission forms against the reserved seats through the Secretary Nomination Board.
Northern Areas' Other Provinces (original letter must be attached). Applications of only those candidates will be entertained. who have passed their HSSC Examinations twin a college situated in the respective area.
• Pharmaceutical Industry candidates should be nominated by the Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Association (PPM Ai' Pharma Bureau). Original nomination letter must be attached. The candidates will have to pay Rs. 82,500/- annually extra, if selected on these reserved seats along with normal dues and fees.
• For Pharmacist's Real Daughter scats candidates must attach an attested copy of Father Mother's Registration from The Pharmacy Council. Candidate must bring original Registration certificate at the time of interview.

M. Phil Pharmacy (Pharmacology & Pharmacy Practice) on Semester System Self Support Program (Afternoon)- 2 years program
Eligibility
• Students with Pharm D degree (5 years program) arc eligible to apply for M.Phil. Admission.
• The candidates must have obtained 2.5/4.00 CGPA in semester system or 50% marks in annual system.
• Entry test (50% qualifying marks) and interview organized by University is mandatory for admission.
• All other requirements as per University policy (Please see University admission criteria for MS / M.Phil.)
The Institute of Pharmacy has recently launched Lahore Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, a peer reviewed, biannual multi¬disciplinary pharmaceutical sciences journal. UPS publishes original research articles, reviews, case studies and short communications in Pharmaceutical andAll ied health sciences.
