TEST SCHEDULE FOR BS

Following is the schedule of entry test for admissions in the below mentioned disciplines. Admissions in the remaining disciplines will be on open merit (based on Intermediate Marks)

B.E Electrical

Female Candidates Possessing any of the following Intermediate qualifications,  with a minimum of 60% marks are eligible

1.    FSc. Per-Engineering

2.    FSc Pre-Medical

3.    A level with FSc/ ICS equivalence

4.    ICS with Physics

5.    DAE( Electronics/ Electrical)

6.    B.Sc. ( with relevant Discipline) 

Note:

1.    Candidates applying on the basis of first year (HSSC Part-1) results may be granted provisional admission. However if after the declaration of HSSC-II  result  the candidate’s overall marks fall below 60%, their  provisional admissions will be cancelled   without exception.

2.    The Department of Electrical Engineering will adhere  to PEC’s  revised  admission policy Reference No PEC/EAD/49-GB/004/2024 july11, 2024 allowing HSSC( Pre-Medical) students Through a mandatory 8-week  mathematics  foundation program and a separate entry Test Up to 40% of seats may be allocated to such students, subject to the eligibility and merit  as per PEC guiltiness

Following are the designated entity to conduct entry test as per PEC admission policy.

1.    Entry test being conducted by UET Lahore.

2.    Entry test being conducted by NED-UET, Karachi and MUET, Jamshoro.

3.    Entry test being conducted by NUST, Islamabad.

4.    Entry Test being conducted by NTS.

5.    Entry Test being conducted by ETEA.

Any other existing recognized entity conducting entry test

BS Islamic Studies

Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / ‘A’ Level / Equivalent qualification, in any discipline, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Islamic Studies Program.

There is no condition to students to study Islamic studies Elective at Intermediate level. It is mandatory for the student to qualify the Interview conducted by the Department.

In Islamic Studies Department

BS English (Language  & Literature)

Female Candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / ‘A’ Level / FA With English Literature as an elective subject with at least 50% marks or FSc (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical), General Science, Computer Science and ICom)/ DAE/ Equivalent Qualification with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS English (Language & Literature) program.

Note: All candidates eligible for admission to BS English (Language & Literature) will have to pass a written test and interview, set and conducted, by the Department of English

Female Candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) with or without Fine Arts / ‘A’Level equivalent with at least 2^nd division are eligible to apply for BFA Program.

Note:

1.    It is mandatary for the student to qualify the Test & Interview conducted by the Department.

Candidates must bring their art material for the drawing test.
