Dr. Afifa Khanam is a distinguished Associate Professor of Education with over two decades of academic, research, and administrative experience in higher education. She currently serves as Centralized PhD Coordinator, Head of the Faculty Development Centre, and Alumni Relations Officer at Lahore College for Women University. With a PhD in Education and extensive expertise in research supervision, teacher education, and faculty development, she has supervised numerous PhD, MS, and undergraduate theses and published widely in national and international journals.
