I did my Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Education with a specialization in Curriculum, earned in 2014 and Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language Teaching from the University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, obtained in 2004. I did Post Graduate Diploma in Primary Education from the Ali Institute of Education, Lahore, Pakistan, achieved in 1997.
I am currently working as an Associate Professor on TTS at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU). I am performing the duties as coordinator for the Ph.D. Educational Psychology Program and the National Accreditation Council. While holding this position. I initiated and established the B.Ed. Honors Secondary Education program for the Department of Education at LCWU.
I  also developed and initiated B.Ed. Honors Research and Policy Studies program B.Ed. Honors Sustainability and Life Long Learning, B.Ed. Honors Educational Entrepreneurship and the Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching at Higher Education for the Department of STEM Education at LCWU.I also developed course outlines for various programs and courses, including Advanced Psychological Methods in Education (for Ph.D. in Education), Social & Cognitive Psychology (for Ph.D.), Psychological Behavior and Constructivism in Learning for MS in Education, and Statistics and Computer Application in Education (MS).
I am working as In charge of the accreditation of MS and Ph.D. programs for the Department of STEM Education at LCWU.
As a highly motivated individual with a Ph.D. in Education, my research has consistently revolved around addressing the challenges faced by the education sector. The opportunity to investigate the lived experiences of teachers during a time of unprecedented teacher shortages aligns perfectly with my research interests. I am particularly excited about the project's emphasis on teacher retention, as it is an underexplored aspect in existing literature.
 I supervised several Ph.D. dissertations on various topics, including leadership in Pakistani Christian academic institutions, strength-based interventions for future leaders, instructional strategies' effects on moral development, and the impact of mind mapping techniques in science teaching. Currently supervising 5 ongoing Ph.D. dissertations, including studies on the mediating effect of intrinsic motivation, the evaluation of B.Ed Elementary 4-year degree programs, and more. I Supervised 45 theses at the MS, M.Phil. on various topics. 
I am a member of the Boards of Studies at Lahore Leads University, Lahore, Pakistan and a certified Evaluator of the National Accreditation Council Pakistan.
Performing my duties as a Co-Editor IJEER Journal, and Member of the Editorial Boards for JASS Journal, both affiliated with the Institute of Education at Lahore College for Women University and working as a reviewer for various journals and conferences.
I Organized international conferences on topics such as Sustainable Development Goals, Moral Education and Character Building, and Education for Sustainable Development and served as a member of advisory and technical committees for international conferences held at Cambridge University and in Antalya, Turkey. Conducted workshops and training sessions on research methods, dissertation writing, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and more.
As an entrepreneur played a key role as part of an academic team in establishing Alfauz International College for Girls in District Khushab, serving as the principal from April 2009 to July 2014. Currently, a member of the Board of Governors for the college, which aims to provide education to underprivileged girls in the area.
