 Dr. Fakhra Aziz is a Tenured Professor of STEM Education and Head of the Department of STEM Education at the Faculty of Education, Lahore College for Women University (LCWU). An HEC-approved PhD supervisor, she brings extensive academic, research, and leadership experience to her role. With two Post-Doctorates from the University of Nottingham, UK, and Dicle University, Turkey, and a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of the Punjab, Dr. Aziz has established herself as a leading scholar in the fields of educational leadership, management, psychology, ICT, and sustainable development.

She has published prolifically in Scopus-indexed and international journals, authored book chapters, and contributed to high-impact projects funded by the British Academy, USAID, and other international organizations. Her research spans critical areas such as gender and leadership, climate change and education, digital transformation in universities, and psychological capital. Dr. Aziz also serves as Editor of an academic journal—Journal of Arts and Social Sciences (JASS) and as section editor, advisory board member of various national and international journals and is actively involved in global scholarly networks like BELMAS, RIG, CIER etc.
A mentor to numerous MS and PhD scholars, she has supervised research that addresses pressing educational, social, and environmental challenges. She is a frequent keynote speaker, conference chair, and workshop facilitator at prestigious national and international platforms.
