Dated: 12^th Nov, 2021: LISA-LCWU has organized a one-day workshop titled as “Categorical Regression Modelling” for the faculty members and students of the statistics department. Dr. Asifa Kamal, COD, Department of Statistics, was the resource person of the workshop. The workshop covered topics such as logistic regression, multinomial regression, and ordinal regression. Participants learned about the assumptions, interpretation, and implementation of these models. The workshop was well-received by the attendees and provided them with valuable insights in the field of categorical regression modeling.
