16^th Convocation

The 16^th Convocation of Lahore College for Women University Lahore is going to be held as per Schedule given below:

·         Students can take printout of their Challan Form for Registration fee from LCWU website from 26^th November 2021 to 6^th December 2021.

·         The invited students must bring their Convocation Registration Card, National ID Card, Convocation Intimation letter and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate on the day(s) of Rehearsal/Convocation.

·         The students must be properly dressed and wear the Academic Robes on the day(s) of Rehearsal/Convocation.

·         Bringing of any weapon, mobile phone, camera, digital diary, electronic
equipment, brief case, hand bag, ladies’ purse etc. to the venue is strictly prohibited.

·         Avoid wearing lavished fancy dresses and heavy jewelry, as it is purely an academic occasion.

      Note:

1.    PhD Scholars who are getting their degrees in the 16^th Convocation are directed to attend the Convocation on Two days, i.e., 14^th December 2021 for conferment of Degree and 15^th/16^th December 2021 for receiving the Degree (Faculty Wise).

Only those students will be allowed to attend the Convocation who abide by the instructions given above.
