Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) hosted an Awareness Session on the Digital Youth Hub under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program on September 11, 2025, at Iqra Auditorium. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister Youth Program, with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi as Guest of Honour. In her opening remarks, the Vice Chancellor highlighted the importance of equipping youth with digital skills and emphasized LCWU’s commitment to empowering students through opportunities in technology and innovation. Special Representatives of the PMYP, Ms. Maha Jamil, Mr. Asfand Yar Naseer, and Mr. Rizwan Anwar, also addressed the audience, stressing the role of the Digital Youth Hub in creating pathways for education, entrepreneurship, and employment. Chief Guest Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan appreciated LCWU’s efforts in fostering youth development and reiterated the government’s vision of enabling young people to become active contributors to Pakistan’s digital economy. The session concluded with the presentation of souvenirs and a group photo, marking a significant step towards digital awareness and youth empowerment.
