Lahore College for Women University had the honor of hosting Professor De Zheala from Harvard Medical School, a distinguished psychiatrist and global expert in child and adolescent mental health.

This important visit took place under the visionary leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi, and was hosted by Prof. Dr. Amna Muazzam, Chairperson, and Department of Psychology.

During the session, meaningful discussions were held on:

• Emerging mental health needs of children and adolescents
• Evidence-based global practices
• Mutual collaborations between LCWU and Harvard
• Clinical psychology internship opportunities for LCWU students

This visit marks a significant step toward strengthening international academic partnerships and advancing mental health training and research at LCWU.
