The Department of Health & Physical Education, LCWU, organized a one-day seminar titled “Optimizing Human Performance in the Digital Era.” The seminar opened with a welcome address by Dr. Sumera Sattar, Incharge Department of Health & Physical Education who emphasized evidence-based and outcome-oriented education.

Guest speakers Mr. Tariq Sidhu Senior Manager Physical Education & Sports Beaconhouse School System highlighted the role of health, fitness, and wellness; Dr. Khalid Rashid Associate Prof. Punjab University discussed outcome-based and industry-aligned curriculum development; and Mr. Syed Kazim Moqaddus Kazmi, Senior Media Consultant and Deputy Director PPSC, stressed ethical media management and responsible digital communication. The seminar concluded with certificate distribution.
