All praise and gratitude belong first to Allah Almighty, for His countless blessings and for granting me this opportunity to serve.

Writing this as Head Girl of Lahore College for Women University is a moment I'll always hold close. This institution has shaped more than my education, it's shaped how I think about responsibility, service, and what leading actually means.

I owe heartfelt thanks to our honourable Vice Chancellor, whose vision continues to inspire young women toward confidence and purpose, as well as to the Director of Student Affairs, whose encouragement and trust have meant more than words can really capture.

I joined LCWU to study in the Department of Geography, and it was there that my journey in leadership began, first as a Class Representative. Along the way, I volunteered wherever I was needed, took on the position of Joint Secretary, and eventually served as General Secretary of the Executive Council. Through all of it, one thing never changed: being true to my word, even when no one was watching. Today, I'm the first student from my department to serve as Head Girl.

To my fellow students, here's what I hope you take from my journey: trust your own voice. Lead in whatever way feels true to you. You don't need permission to make a difference, just the will to begin.

As Head Girl, I want to be someone you feel you can come to, warmly, honestly, without hesitation. I want to listen closely, act sincerely, and represent this student body with the same dedication that's carried me this far. LCWU has given generations of women the courage to rise, and I'm honoured to carry that forward, alongside all of you.

None of this would be possible without my team. Their quiet dedication and unwavering support carry this responsibility with me every single day, and I'm deeply grateful for it. Thank you for placing your trust in me, and I'm looking forward to this journey together, to making LCWU proud, one sincere effort at a time.
