Department of Gender & Development Studies in Collaboration with Rizq Trust & GAIN International organized the 5-days Nutrition-Sensitive Social Protection Hackathon to reimagine how social protection systems can better address nutrition challenges in Pakistan. It aimed to create a platform for young minds to develop innovative solutions and reimagine food and nutrition systems that are more inclusive, equitable, and accessible for all, especially women. It tasked participants from local universities with designing gender-sensitive solutions to improve women’s access to food networks and better tackle malnutrition in Pakistan.
