Workshop on Steering Professional Productivity and Workplace Synergy

The Directorate of University Advancement & Financial Aid, in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) under US-Merit and Needs Based Scholarship programme, held a two-day workshop titled "Steering Professional Productivity and Workplace Synergy" at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) on July 6–7, 2026. The event aimed to equip senior faculty members and administrative staff with advanced management strategies and AI tools to boost workplace efficiency. On the first day, Dr. Shabana Gul led sessions on the ethical and foundational use of AI for administrative tasks and classroom strategies. The second day, facilitated by Dr. Salma Nazar Khan, focused on using AI for research exploration alongside developing soft skills like negotiation, strategic thinking, and power mapping. The workshop concluded with a closing ceremony where the Vice Chancellor distributed certificates to the participants, expressed gratitude to the HEC staff and program directors for their support, and joined the group for a final commemorative photograph.
