Under the Patronage of Vice Chancellor LCWU Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi, and supervision of the Directorate of Student Affairs, Urdu Debating Society hosted a 3 day event Khirad - All Pakistan Urdu Declamation and British Parliamentary Championship from 25th to 27th August 2026. After successfully hosting the first 2 days of Parliamentary online, UDS hosted its final on Campus where Government College University (GCU A) won the team trophy in British Parliamentary while Punjab Univeristy was the Runner up team (PU A).

The Best Speaker Award was won by Muhammad Bin Abid from UET. The 2nd best speaker was awarded to Saif Gujjar from UMT. The 3rd best speaker award was won by usman Ahmed from UET.

Urdu Declamation was hosted on campus in Iqra Auditorium. More than 30 universities from all over Pakistan participated in this event.

Emerson University Multan won the team trophy. In urdu serious category, Huzaifa Ghouri from Government Islamia College Civil Lines, Lahore won the best speaker award. Hareem anam from Punjab University stood 2nd, and Fatima from Fatima Jinnah Medical College won the 3rd position. In Urdu Humorous category, Rafay Hamad Won the 1st Position.

Declamation was judged by Hamza Tarar - Chief Adjudicator, Wahab Ahmad Jamal, and Muhammad Haris Ashfaq.
