28.08.2026: The first ever inaugural of Department of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree Show 2026: Thesis Poster Evaluation and Defence was successfully held, marking a remarkable milestone in the journey of the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program as its first batch of graduates prepares to step into the professional field.

The landmark academic event was honored by the presence of Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi, and Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas, Vice Chancellor, University of Sargodha, who inaugurated the event and encouraged our students to pursue excellence in research, clinical practice, and professional development.

Four outstanding research projects were recognized with Certificates of Merit, presented by Respected Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi and Prof. Dr. Humaira Majeed Khan, in appreciation of the students’ exceptional research efforts and academic excellence.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Prof. Dr. Humaira Majeed Khan for her unwavering commitment, and instrumental role in the development and advancement of the DPT Program.

The dedicated efforts and guidance of Dr. Roohi Abbas PT, Coordinator DPT Program, and Dr. Mariam Javaid PT were clearly reflected in the quality, dedication, and research work demonstrated by the DPT students.

The event was further enriched by the presence of renowned professionals from the field of Physical Therapy who appreciated the students’ dedication, research contributions, and hard work.
