K-BIC Cohort III Selection

29th January 2026: K-BIC successfully conducted the Cohort III Selection Board, bringing together an esteemed jury comprising representatives from academia, industry, incubation centers, and policy stakeholders.

The selection committee included Faiza Iftikhar, PhD Iftikhar (Director K-BIC), Waheed Khizar (HEC), Mr. Farhan (BIC UET Lahore), Ms. Meashall (BIC Kinnaird College), Dr. Sadia Murawwat (Department of Electrical Engineering, LCWU), Mr. Adeel Nasir (Department of Management Sciences), Mr. Ali Raza (Virtual University), Mr. Amir Zahoor (Exelon Management Consultancy), Mr. Saad Nasrullah (Hamayuns IP Legal Firm), and Nadia Tahir (K-BIC).

The board was organized into three panels to evaluate idea pitches from 26 shortlisted startups across tech, non-tech, and micro-enterprise domains. 

Beyond evaluations, the pitching sessions were followed by constructive discussions aimed at strengthening both the selected startups and the broader K-BIC startup ecosystem. The exchange of insights, feedback, and expert perspectives made the process highly enriching for all participants. K-BIC remains committed to nurturing innovative, sustainable, and impact-driven ventures.
