Department of Gender and Development Studies  organized One Day workshop on "Factor Analysis" on 24th August, 2022 from 11am to 2pm. Ms. Zain Khadija, Lecturer Department of Gender and Development Studies & Dr. Ayesha Sarfaraz, Assistant Professor Department of Psychology, University of Home Economics were facilitator of this training workshop. 

In this session, importance of factor analysis for tool development in the discipline of gender studies was discussed. Factor Analysis was also practiced in SPSS . Around 30 participants of GIFT University and LCWU attended this workshop. 

The workshop is arranged by GDS, LCWU in collaboration with University of Jhang, GIFT University & Kinnaird College for Women, under US- Pakistan University Partnership Grants Program (UPGP). Funded by US Government. Administered by United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP).
