Under the Prime Minister's Youth Programme, The Opening Ceremony of the Punjab Football Provincial League for boys and girls aged 15 to 25 years was held at the Veterinary University, Lahore. The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC), in collaboration with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), is executing the body of the project entitled Talent Hunt Youth Sports League.Former Provincial Minister, Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, was the chief guest at the event. Professor Dr. Shugufta Naz, VC, LCWU, attended the event as a guest of honour.
