The 11th Punjab Olympic Games meeting took place at the Student Service Centre, LCWU. 

Professor Dr. Uzma Qureshi was the chief guest. In attendance were Mr. Adrees Haider Khawaja, the Secretary of the Punjab Olympics Association, Mr. Pervaiz, the Chairman of the Tabulation Committee, the Director of Sports from the Punjab province, and secretaries from National Sports Federations. The grand opening ceremony of the games is scheduled for November 1st, 2023, at the Punjab Stadium, where the Chief Minister of Punjab will preside as the chief guest.
