On December 20, 2024, Alkhidmat Foundation hosted the "Friends of Palestine" event in commemoration of International Humanitarian Day at their head office, bringing together university representatives from across Lahore in support of Palestine. The LCWU Student Council was invited for their continuous dedication to humanitarian efforts. Under the guidance of Dr. Sumera Sajjad, the council’s work in raising awareness and providing aid for Palestine was recognized. The Executive Council received a certificate of appreciation for their ongoing support as Friends of Palestine, highlighting their commitment to the cause.
