A showcase of Bio entrepreneurship projects took place at Lahore College for Women University, hosted by the Department of Biotechnology. The esteemed Chief Guest, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Shagufta Naz, commended the outstanding bio-entrepreneurial initiatives undertaken by students. She highlighted the potential of bio-entrepreneurship in devising innovative solutions for environmental protection, disease prevention, fuel production, alleviating hunger, and various other product developments.
The event witnessed the presence of notable figures, including Dr. Adeel Nasir, Chairperson of the Department of Management Sciences, and Prof Dr. Mehwish Iqtadar, Chairperson of the Department of Biotechnology. Additionally, Dr. Saqib Rehman and Dr. Abeer Imam, resource persons from the Department of Management Sciences at LCWU, actively participated in the exhibition.
