On September 4, 2024: Lahore College for Women University conducted an essential rescue training session for faculty and the student council. The event began with a briefing on the significance of rescue operations, accompanied by a documentary showcasing the contributions of Pakistan Rescue 1122. Dr. Rizwan Naseer, the Director General of Rescue 1122, delivered an inspiring address before the training commenced. A female instructor guided participants through crucial techniques, while the rescue team demonstrated CPR, methods to control blood loss, and first aid for bleeding. After practicing these skills, participants underwent evaluation tests. Throughout the following week, the team provided first aid and CPR training to all students, reinforcing the university's commitment to safety and preparedness.
