The Department of Social Work, Lahore College for Women University, Lahore, organized a seminar titled "RISE TO LEAD: Youth in Action for Nation Building" in collaboration with Allah Walay Trust Pakistan. The session featured notable speakers including Mr. Shahid Lone (Chairman, Allah Walay Trust Pakistan & CEO, Mansha Brothers), who shared insights on youth leadership and highlighted the impact of the School Khana Program; Mr. Rana Ali Sultan (Country Head, Volunteers Program, Allah Walay Trust Pakistan), who emphasized the role of youth volunteerism in national development; Mr. Rana Hassan Afzal (National Manager, Projects & Communication, Allah Walay Trust Pakistan), who spoke about youth engagement through social entrepreneurship; and Mr. Syed Sarfraz Kazmi (Head of Nutrition Programs, Allah Walay Trust Pakistan), who discussed health and nutrition as foundational pillars for nation-building. The seminar was well-attended by students and faculty members, inspiring active youth participation in socio-economic uplift and community service.
