Lahore, May 5, 2025 – Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) proudly celebrated its 103rd anniversary, marking over a century of excellence in women’s education since its establishment in 1922.
To commemorate the occasion, the Lahore College Association (LCA) and the Alumni Office organized a cake-cutting ceremony on campus. Faculty members, students, and alumni participated in the celebration, reflecting the strong bond and rich legacy of the institution.
On this occasion, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Qureshi congratulated the LCWU community and said:
“LCWU’s 103-year journey is a testament to its unwavering commitment to academic excellence, women empowerment, and nation building. Our strength lies in our heritage, and our future depends on innovation, quality education, and collective efforts.”
She further emphasized the importance of alumni engagement and unity in carrying forward the university’s mission.
