March 26, 2024: The Centre for Career Counseling and Job Placement arranged a recruitment drive by Coca Cola Icecek (CCI) about the CCI Next Talent Program 2024. For that matter, CCI Team members including Mr. Faisal Khan Territory HR Manager, Ms.Masooma Fatima- Talen Aquisition Specialist, Ms. Kanza Malik - National Key Account Manager, Ms. Noor ul Ain-Manager Commercial Finance and Ms. Azka Hafeez- Management Trainee CCI visited LCWU and explained students about Coca Cola work culture and about CCI Next Talent Program 2024.CCI Next Talent is a twelve (12) months structured development program that prepares young talent to groom themselves in every facet of the business and leadership while sustaining high levels of performance and maximizing potential hence paving the way towards a long-term career path.The CCI Team explained students about the online application process which involves gamified assessment, candidates who successfully completes the gamified assessment will later be invited to CCI plant for case study and interviews. The CCI team later answered students' questions with respect to the application process.
