Iqbal Society of Persian Department LCWU along with Firdousi Chair LCWU organized a Program
“محفل قرات و بیان اسمائے حسنہ” in Iqra Auditorium. The arrangement of the Program was in accordance with Nazool e Quran in the sacred month of Holy Ramadan. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shagfta Naz, Controller Examination Ms. Huma, Principal Intermediate College Dr. Aqsa Shabbir, Deans of Faculties, COD’s of various departments, Faculty members, officials & large number of students attended the Program. An Iranian delegation including Mr Mehdi Salehi, Mr Ali Sawari, Majeed Sawari, Muhammad Tali’a Sari, Riaz tali’a Sari, was specially invited by Persian Department who presented beautiful recitation of Holy Quran, Asmaay Husna and some Arabic and Persian mystical poetry.
They also presented famous urdu Naat of Muzaffar Warsi “Tu Kuja Man Kuja” along with its Arabic Translation. The audience was really touched by their beautiful recitation and presentation. Then Prof. Dr. Shagufta Naz Vice Chancellor LCWU addressed and specially thanked and appreciated the Iranian Delegation for their beautiful soul touching performance. 
In the end Prof. Dr. Faleeha Kazmi Dean Faculty of Islamic & Oriental Learning along with Vice Chancellor Lahore College for Women University Lahore presented soveiners to the honorable foreign guests.
