Students of Social Work Department as part of their Active Citizenship Program organized a seminar on the awareness of Anemia (10-12-2025). This activity was conducted in collaboration with Allah Walay Trust, an organization working in the field of public health throughout Pakistan. Dr. Sarfraz Kazmi and Dr. Zoha provided the information to the students of LCWU about the causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment of anemia, followed by free blood screening to identify anemic students. This activity promoted health awareness, encouraged timely diagnosis and treatment, and fulfilled the objectives of the ACP project by actively engaging in community-based learning and social responsibility. This activity also meets the SDG goal # 3 (Good Health & Well-being).
