The Secretary Special Education visited Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) to inaugurate the Basant Fest Exhibition. Differently-abled students, along with Dr. Ibtasam Thakur, Head of the Department of Special Education, warmly welcomed the guest and shared their achievements and academic progress, reflecting confidence and empowerment.

The Department of Visual Arts (IDVA) organized the Basant Bahar Art & Design Exhibition 2026 at the NHQ Gallery, featuring vibrant kite crafts and paintings by students and faculty, celebrating the cultural spirit of Basant through contemporary art.

The Vice Chancellor, LCWU Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi appreciated the efforts of all participants and thanked the Secretary Special Education for his support and encouragement toward special education.
