Dr. Mamoona Riaz Psychologist CGCC, LCWU delivered a talk on mental health and resilience seminar, hosted by the Department of Zoology, Lahore College for Women University. She shared strategies for achieving balance and prioritizing mental hygiene in academic life and the significance of overall well-being. Insights on different aspects of resilience and burnout were also shared. It was an engaging discussion where faculty and students actively participated. 
Prof. Dr. Farzana Rashid HOD of Zoology Department, LCWU also sensitized the participants about the significance of holistic health, Dr. Najiya Al Arifa was the event coordinator and advocate of mental health from the Department of Zoology, LCWU.
