Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) proudly marks another significant milestone as a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between LCWU and the Government of the Punjab, Department of Special Education, to strengthen academic collaboration and advance joint research initiatives in the field of Special Education.

This achievement reflects the visionary leadership of the Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Uzma Quraishi, whose commitment to academic excellence and impactful research continues to open new avenues for institutional growth and national contribution. Under her dynamic supervision, LCWU is steadily emerging as a hub of innovation, collaboration, and inclusive educational development.

The ceremony was graced by distinguished academic and sectoral leaders, including Prof. Dr. Fakhra Aziz, Chairperson Department of STEM Education and Director ORIC LCWU, Dr. Saima Sharif, Head of the Special Education Department LCWU, Dr. Ibtasam Thakur, and Mr. Abdul Sattar, Director Academics, Government of the Punjab (Special Education), whose presence highlighted the significance of this collaboration.
