A delegation comprising representatives from the Punjab Public-Private Partnership Authority (P4A), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Higher Education Department (HED), and the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) visited Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) on September 10, 2026 to discuss and assess the proposed establishment of a new female student hostel at the University.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Mahmood Ali, Registrar; Ms. Bushra Nawaz, Director (P&D); Mr. Liaqat Ali Khichi, Project Director; and Mr. Qaisar Hafeez, Deputy Director (P&D), LCWU.

The visit provided an opportunity for detailed discussions regarding the proposed hostel project and development framework. The initiative is aimed at enhancing safe, quality, and accessible residential facilities for female students at LCWU.

LCWU appreciates the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders and looks forward to the successful development of this important project.
